ABOUT WEBSITETRAVEL
You create the experience.
We help agents book it.
WebsiteTravel is a wholesale travel technology platform that connects operators and travel experience providers with agents and resellers. It provides the technology to distribute and book your products; it is not a travel agency or tour operator.
Your products are loaded into the WebsiteTravel content management system and made available through reseller platforms, including TravelDesk and the Reseller API.

Apply to join
Submit your operator application. Our Support Team will get in touch to guide you through the next steps and help you get set up.
Load your products
Use your own login to upload and maintain your products, fares and information. You stay in control of keeping your listings up to date.
Receive bookings
Agents book your products through WebsiteTravel. Each booking generates a WebsiteTravel voucher with its own voucher number.
Track your payments
Eligible dated vouchers are claimed automatically on the travel date. View your vouchers, claims and past payments in “My Claims”.

WebsiteTravel manages the voucher and payment process, reducing the need to chase invoices from individual agents.
For bookings with confirmed travel dates, automatic claiming is enabled by default. Vouchers are claimed on the travel date and submitted for payment. If you prefer manual claiming, contact our team to adjust your account settings.
Understand the payment timing
Remittances are issued twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of the month, covering bookings from the preceding two weeks. Funds are typically received around two weeks after the remittance.
EXAMPLE PAYMENT JOURNEY
- 8 February 2027The customer travels and the dated voucher is automatically claimed.
- 15 February 2027You receive a payment remittance email.
- 31 February 2027Payment is scheduled to be transferred to your bank.
This example illustrates the payment cycle. Actual receipt depends on processing and bank clearing times.

Maintain your own product information with your WebsiteTravel login. Step-by-step guides and tutorial videos help you learn the system, and our Support Team is available to assist.
BEFORE YOU SIGN UP
Know what you’re signing up for.
Please read the Service Agreement, including the Terms of Use and General Terms, before submitting your application. It sets out your rights and responsibilities when accessing and using the platform.
The agreement is between you, the operator, and Global Travel Marketplace Pty Ltd (ACN 673 407 317), trading as WebsiteTravel Global MarketPlace.
By executing the agreement, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and agree to be bound by them. This page is an overview; refer to the full agreement for the terms that apply.
